Legendary Linebacker make appearance at this years Can-Fit-Pro show
TORONTO: Defensive Captain of the Toronto Argonauts, Mike O'Shea knows a thing or two about staying fit. Mike O'Shea will be making an exclusive appearance at this years Can-Fit-Pro Health and Fitness consumer show on August 16th from 12-2pm at the Platinum Naturals booth. The Can-Fit-Pro trade and consumer show will be held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on August 15 & 16. O'Shea is an advocate for healthy living and together with Platinum Naturals will be promoting active lifestyles through healthy eating, all natural supplementation and exercise.
Recently Mike O'Shea has become the CFL'S second-leading tackler of all-time. "Mike O'Shea is now in 2nd place on the CFL's all-time chart for Defensive Tackles" (www.argonauts.ca).
